Just pulled my old retro gaming gear out. How far we have come! #commodore64

Check out my old commodore64 and binatone games player. I wonder if this stuff will ever be worth anything. It is the only toys from my childhood that I kept.

I’m going to fire it up later and see if they still work.

So I just did a bit of research on the old Binatone console. It turns out that the company that made them created the very first video games unit. Wow. How exciting. I am going to get a 9v adaptor and give a try and see if it still works. Amazing to think where we have come from and how fast. Granted I lost interest in games a very long time ago too. But It was the only toys I kept from childhood. Here are a few video’s with links to the games unit. I find the orange colour of it to still look really modern.
